Art’s research focuses on three areas: (i) incorporating fibre attributes into enhanced forest inventories, (ii) modelling the tree growth and fibre attributes with the IVY individual tree growth model, and (iii) developing silvicultultural treatments for black spruce and boreal mixedwoods.
