Responsibilities:
- Responsible for visual quality modeling and the development of data and web services for the geospatial information for the Humber River Basin Project
- Development of geoanalytical tools to help to create models to represent certain values on the landscape. These science-based models will be used to assist forest managers in determining their management plan for the Humber River Basin.
- To help improve forest inventory in Labrador by creating inventory polygons from Remote Sensing and GIS layers, using advanced techniques like segmentation (bring many different GIS and Remote Sensing data together to find areas that are similar in their environmental characteristics.)
