Monomitic, gen. hyphae 5-7-11 um, walls hyaline, very thick-walled. Tramal hyphae paralleled, straight, 2-3u diameter.

Subhymen a pale yellow in rather thick sections on KOH. Small drop KOH on fresh hymen stains dark red brown and permanent surface pink (Shrimp Pink to Pinkish Buff).
