Highlights of accomplishments. Two years of progress. Advancing the National Forest Strategy 2003-2008. 2005. National Forest Strategy Coalition, Ottawa. 66 p.
Abstract
The National Forest Strategy Coalition encourages action, in planning reviews and in evaluating and communicating the Strategy to Canadians—regionally, nationally and internationally.
In addition to overseeing implementation at the Coalition level, individual members actively participate in and influence the course of the Strategy as priorities evolve in ways that are appropriate to their circumstances and capabilities. Through eight thematic areas, members deliver the Strategy’s objectives and action items. A snapshot of their activities is captured in this report.
