Remarks: Pileus surface of old rotted conk. Membraneous, white with hyphal strands. Monomitic, gen. hyphae 2-4 um, clamps, walls hyaline, thin to 0.5 u thick-walled. Spore wall thin, hyaline, smooth. Hyphae encrust, with several shapes. Field collection no. 11698
