Plain Language Summary
The objective is to make various taxonomic changes in the parasitic wasp family Mymaridae. Each of the three co-authors had several rather disparate corrections to the taxonomy of species in the family that we needed to publish. We combined them into a single paper, for convenience. The key findings are one new generic synonymy, eight new generic combinations, three new species synonymies, and four corrections to the spelling of species scientific names. The impact is to ensure that the genera and species of Mymaridae egg parasitoids are properly described, named and classified.
