63rd ANNUAL FOREST PEST MANAGEMENT FORUM - Organized by Natural Resources Canada in support of the National Forest Pest Strategy, the Forum is the largest and most significant gathering of forest pest management experts, managers and practitioners in Canada. The objectives are to share information on current and future pest conditions, pest control operations, environmental issues and the development of alternatives to chemical insecticides, as well as to discuss new technology and the latest research findings.

The Proceedings of the 63rd Forest Pest Management Forum is a summary report of the Forest Pest Management Forum, which was held virtually due to COVID-19, February 16-17, 2021. The Forum is a meeting where federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, industrial, and nongovernmental organizations discuss and coordinate research related to forest insect and disease disturbances. Natural Resources Canada uses this event to facilitate discussion on national research priorities concerning forest health issues.
